-Listen to a talkshow
-mark good points with ctrl b .
-cut good parts to new project, each to a new track
-export all tracks to different files

Blender

-make shapes
-add shape key , form a mouth
-add min and max value of shape key to different frames with i key
-go to graph editor
-bake sound to f curve , choose different audio to each character shape key
-render video

Opencut
-put video on one layer
-and all audio tracks in their own lines
-cut off extra audio
-render video
